Lifelong New Yorker, I came of age in Chelsea during the city's defining transformation years (1990-2002), witnessing firsthand how neighborhoods evolve, markets shift, and value gets created. That early education in reading urban change became the foundation for everything I do now.

After 26 years as a professional artist, I see homes the way buyers actually experience them—through emotion, light, space, and energy. But I also spent 8 years as a trader analyzing financial markets and have successfully flipped properties of my own, which means I can break down cap rates, cash-on-cash returns, and investment thesis with the precision your wealth manager uses—because I use the same analysis on my own deals.
