Ioana Butiri

Trained as an Architect, with experience in mid to high-end apartment and brownstone renovations in New York City, she refined her skills of transforming an obstacle into an opportunity, from code interpretation to structural integrity and spatial arrangement. As a complex individual, her professional profile expanded with the role of a Transfer Agent for Coops and Condos, making her well-versed in the application and approval process for both sales and leases.

Ioana’s mission is helping her clients find a space to call it their place, and she does so through observance, reliability and determination. She acts as a support system and loves to facilitate a smooth process, for newcomers or connoisseurs alike.

After obtaining her undergraduate degree in Architecture and Urban Planning from Romania, she moved to Belgium to pursue a master’s degree in Architecture from KU Leuven, before relocating to New York City in 2017.
