Wess Jawad

Born and raised in the Detroit metropolitan area, Wess studied business at the University of Michigan before beginning his professional journey as a mortgage consultant. After honing his expertise in client relations and sales, he decided to branch out into entrepreneurship, founding his own waste management company in 2004. Over nearly two decades, Wess won national awards for his company's services, leading to case studies with software giant Microsoft and geolocation technology specialist TomTom as well as two national partnerships. Ultimately, he decided to make use of his drive, creativity and outgoing nature in the field of residential real estate. Having traveled the country extensively, Wess felt confident that New York would be the perfect place to put down roots and begin his real estate career. He particularly enjoys that no two days are the same when helping his wide range of clients rent, buy, sell, and rent out properties throughout different pockets of the City.

In his free time, Wess can be found volunteering with non-profit groups such as the Fallen and Wounded Soldiers Fund, an all-volunteer organization supporting members of the armed forces and their families. He has also served as President of America's Guardian Angel Fund. With a flare for entertainment, Wess enjoys watching and playing a wide range of sports and has personally promoted multiple nationally televised boxing events. He is also fluent in Arabic.
