Beatrice Caponnetti Jackson

Beatrice has thrived in the real estate business for over ten years, four of which were in Europe for a luxury brokerage, and the most recent years in New York City. She has multiple real estate licenses in various countries, sold properties throughout Northern Italy including the gorgeous Venetian Gulf, and specializes in selling residences in all neighborhoods of NYC.

Real estate gives Beatrice purpose; it’s not just a job to her. She feels that having the opportunity to help people with one of their biggest investments and lifestyle changes is very rewarding. Yet she points out to clients, it isn’t always easy. “It’s not like walking into a store and purchasing a dress." When buying real estate, you need someone to turn to who has been there, and perfectly understands what it means to be in that position.

Highly attentive and dedicated, Beatrice believes it is so important to get to know and empathize with your clients. She strives to identify their unique needs and provide the most thorough, detail-oriented service every step of the way.

Originally from Italy, Beatrice has a language degree and is multilingual in four languages (French, Spanish, Italian and English), which has helped her tremendously in her work and travels. She owns a multifamily property in Brooklyn where she presently resides.
