Taylor Rae believes real estate is more than a transaction, it’s an experience.

She brings a west coast energy to the city where she guides her clients through the

kaleidoscope of buying, selling and leasing properties. Education and transparency are

key values she embodies while navigating the intricacies of New York.

Taylor began her real estate career in her hometown Seattle, working first as a leasing

agent in property management before going to the marketing department of a leading

brokerage out west. She started as their project marketing manager, and left as their

marketing director once she became licensed. She was then part of a top-producing

team, until deciding to continue her business in vibrant New York City.

Before getting into real estate, Taylor spent 10 years working in event and digital

marketing, 6 of those years while living in Los Angeles. Her creativity, attentiveness,

and responsive service continue to benefit her clients today including the ones she has

referred to agents outside of New York. Her move to NYC was a dream come true so

she’s fiercely passionate about helping people achieve their own living aspirations in

this fabulous city, by showing them properties that fit their needs, budget and lifestyle.

Her approach is highly patient, accommodating, resourceful and hardworking. She

always has your best interest at heart, and gives her all to making sure that your entire

experience is a smooth success. Working in rentals and sales, Taylor mainly focuses on

lower Manhattan and neighborhoods across the river in Brooklyn. From first-time buyers

to those relocating, she is there to assist and help you achieve your goals.

Taylor is living in Williamsburg where she enjoys walks to Domino Park, brunch at

Sunday in Brooklyn, popping into local home and vintage stores, as well as cozying up

on the couch and rewatching her favorite shows like Friends and Sex and the City.

Outside of building her business, she loves traveling (whether it's changing time zones

or planning a staycation upstate), bringing people together, trying for hard to get

reservations, watching documentaries, and educating herself on investing.
