Karen Fragin

Karen Fragin has called Riverdale her home for over 25 years. Using her intimate knowledge of the area and unique talent for identifying what makes a property a “home,” Karen works hard to ensure her clients receive the best possible representation.

Karen was born in New York and raised in Miami Beach, Florida. She graduated from Columbia University with a BS in dental hygiene, and worked for years as a dental hygienist before transitioning to a career in real estate. The experience helped hone her communication and customer service skills while allowing her to work with people from all walks of life.

From downsizing to upsizing, total renovations to moves across town, Karen has seen it all and helps her clients navigate every step of the sales process. She brings the same warmth, care, and personal attention to every transaction she handles. Karen's passion for aesthetics and design, combined with her deep connections in the community, give her clients an added edge in the competitive real estate market.

In her free time, Karen enjoys traveling and spending time with her children and family.
