Ian Satchell

My Wife and I have lived in the Marine Park, Gerritsen Beach, Sheepshead Bay area for over 40 years. After a rewarding 22-year career of public service at the New York City Department of Sanitation, I wanted to give back to the community which has served our family so well. Given the incredible growth of Brooklyn, and my managerial experience at D.S.N.Y, real estate seemed a natural fit. I thoroughly enjoy assisting sellers, buyers, and investors in Marine Park and the surrounding areas. Licensed since 2022 I’m proud to be a part of the Real Broker NY Top Properties team. In addition to my busy real estate business, I can be found enjoying beautiful Marine Park including playing basketball and taking bike rides. My wife and I enjoy spending time with our 2 children enjoying all Brooklyn has to offer. I am also a United States Coast Guard Reserve Veteran that was called to active duty after the World Trade Center Attack on 9/11/2001.
