Cole Borg

Since moving to the city over eight years ago, Borg takes his Marketing education and knowledge as a third-generation real estate professional directly in his career. Borg now applies this experience from brokerage marketing directly to the properties he is involved with. Prior to joining Serhant, Borg worked for three of the city’s other leading brokerage firms. This combination provides best-in-class knowledge now applied to transactions at Serhant.  

Having joined the Bogard New York team in SoHo, Borg has brought his marketing and business management skills to the team, supporting as manager to the Bogards. In this role, Borg aided with administering current client listings, relationships, transaction flow as well as organizing team initiatives to boost overall sales. This has led to the team’s most successful year thus far, resulting in Borg joining the momentum as a full-time agent on the team. 

Borg and Bogard New York look to grow on this upward trend of over 130M closed in the 2024 Calendar year. Borg looks to apply these insights and experience gathered over these eight years to provide his clients with a top-level strategy and service.
