Lamar Richardson

Lamar is thrilled to be the latest addition to The Zolan Rossiter Team. After four years of experience in luxury onsite leasing in various NYC neighborhoods, he brings a unique perspective on renters that he is eager to apply to buyers. After working extensively in Hudson Yards, Fort Greene, and Financial District since 2019, Lamar rented 465 apartments and generated $28 million in rental revenue. He is ecstatic to be working with Compass and looks forward to the endless possibilities ahead.

Lamar is a lover of life and takes pride in his ability to instantly connect with others. His tendency to share a bright smile and infectious laughter, and his great sense of resourcefulness, are always appreciated by colleagues and clients alike. Given his background as an Actor, he has a strong inner compass of determination, perseverance, and an overall sense of positivity that he looks forward to bringing to the world of real estate.

Lamar is an alumnus of Columbia University and also a member of SAG-AFTRA & Actors’ Equity Association. In his free time, he produces Broadway and still actively performs.
