I am a real estate broker and the team leader of The St. John Team at Manhattan Realty Group. I focus on sales across Manhattan, Queens, Brooklyn, and Long Island, while overseeing a high-performing rental division known for its speed, organization, and client service.

Before transitioning into real estate, I graduated from Boston College with a Bachelor of Science in Neuroscience and Finance, followed by a Master of Science in Finance from the Johns Hopkins University Carey Business School. My finance background gives me a strong analytical foundation and allows me to guide buyers through the financial, strategic, and risk-based elements of purchasing property in New York.

As a transplant who once navigated the NYC market myself, I understand the challenges of moving to and buying in this city. I use that perspective to help clients make informed, confident decisions grounded in clarity and professionalism. My approach is direct, efficient, and detail-oriented, with a focus on simplifying complex processes for both new and experienced buyers.

Through The St. John Team, I’m building a rental division that services Manhattan’s most active neighborhoods while creating long-term relationships with renters who eventually become buyers. My personal focus remains on providing a refined, high-standard experience for clients entering the sales market across multiple boroughs.
