Harry Maidman

Harry Maidman is the Chief Operating Officer of Townhouse Management Company and a principal broker at the Maidman Realty Group. He is a graduate of Dartmouth College and the Fordham University School of Law. Harry has a background in finance as he was previously an Associate at Cadwalader Wickersham & Taft LLP and has extensive experience as a real estate attorney at the law firm of Maidman and Mittelman LLP. He successfully supervised the renovation and re-rental of 126 apartments at The Aurora, a luxury apartment building located at 556 3rd Avenue. He has also been retained as the exclusive rental broker at 35 East 63rd Street. Over the course of his career, Harry has rented over 200 apartments in Manhattan and co-brokered the sale and purchase of several commercial and residential properties across New York.
