Based on the Upper West Side and specializing in luxury homes all over the city, Nicky's keen understanding of architecture, interiors, and market trends empowers her clients to make confident, well-informed decisions.

Whether it's guiding buyers to discover the hidden potential of a property, helping tenants find the perfect space to call home, or staging a seller's residence to highlight its finest features, Nicky approaches every transaction with precision and purpose.

Nicky’s journey began in Johannesburg, South Africa, where she earned her Bachelor of Arts and Honors degrees in Art History and Drama and Film from the University of the Witwatersrand. After a successful career in the film industry, she later graduated with distinction from the New York School of Interior Design, further sharpening her ability to see the hidden potential in every space.

Her background in interior design, paired with her knowledge of Manhattan’s distinct characters, allows her to showcase properties in their best light, maximizing value and appeal.

Nicky is a member of Impact 100 – a non-profit which unites women across all five boroughs. Their mission is to fund organizations providing transformative change that helps people and communities of New York to overcome adversity and thrive.

Outside of real estate, you can find Nicky running through Central Park, exploring the city's art museums and galleries, and enjoying quality time with her children.
