Eric Zollinger

Known for his enthusiasm and passion, Eric Zollinger brings 25 years and $2B+ of sales and marketing experience in Manhattan luxury residential real estate in addition to working in the Chicago and Texas luxury markets. After years of focusing on Senior Management, Eric returns home to where it all began, the gold standard for brokerages and new development: The Corcoran Group. From the beginning Eric learned from industry titan Barbara Corcoran the key to selling real estate begins with exposure.  Starting as an assistant to two top agents to owning his own brokerage firm, in addition to managing new development projects across the country, his 25 years of varied roles and experiences provides Eric a unique perspective when advising clients during challenging markets.

In May 2024, Distruptors Magazine named Eric as a top ten agent in the United States to watch for and the New York Times featured his buyers in The Hunt on June 27, 2024.  

Eric worked multiple projects at The Related Companies including One Madison, Superior Ink, The Caledonia, Astor Place, Hudson Yards (RFP), 520W28 Zaha Hadid (pre-development) and Clarendon Back Bay in Boston. He founded Zollinger & Associates (2010-2013), a boutique real estate company, wherein Eric ranked #1 in West Chelsea for volume and number of condominium sales in both 2011 and 2013, and #3 in all of Chelsea for 2011. He produced multiple "out of the box" style multi-media advertisements, webisodes of "Our New York" highlighting neighborhoods, and the first multimedia ad for NY Post's Page Six. 

As Executive Manager of Sales with the New York DEDM Team, he advised developer clients helping them achieve their goal of building sellout at premium pricing through thoughtful guidance and strategy, shepherding project throughout timeline from inception to closing. Notable projects included 108 Leonard, 196 Orchard, 200 East 21st Street, 100 Franklin, and 532 West 20th Street. Eric was a brand ambassador for DE's Miami Art Basel sponsorship.  In addition, he led round table discussions and contributed to The Academy of Continuing Education sharing knowledge from his multi-market experience providing selling tips for buyer’s brokers in new development. 

Eric served on the Board of Trustees for Millikin University where in 2020 they opened a new state of the art $29 million Center for Theatre and Dance. He is also an avid cyclist participating in charity ride of ALC in California and Cycle for the Cause on the East Coast part of Team Funky Monkey.
