Mitch Hymowitz

As a member of The Celeste Pandhi Team, Mitch represents clients and properties throughout Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens and the Hamptons, as well as international clients relocating or looking for investment opportunities. He expertly partners with sellers, buyers, tenants, and landlords to achieve the best value for the property in question. He analyzes and provides comprehensive competitive information pertinent to the conversation. Mitch is a Certified Negotiation Expert and is patient and accommodating to both savvy clients and beginners in the market. 

Born and raised in New York City, Mitch has always had an eye for real estate. After receiving a BS in Accounting from the University of Buffalo, he worked for a public accounting firm where some of his clients were developers, sponsors, landlords, and even a residential and commercial real estate brokerage firm. He then pursued various business ventures, most notably managing mixed-use real estate in lower Manhattan. In addition to property management, Mitch was also the founder and CFO of a private company selling satellite systems for many years, where he managed the direct sales team.
