Jason Farese

Jason Farese specializes in the sale of investment real estate assets in the firm's Brooklyn Office. As an associate agent, Jason focuses on multifamily, mixed-use, retail, land, and redevelopment properties throughout the Fort Greene, Clinton Hill, and Prospect Heights neighborhoods of West Brooklyn.

On a day-to-day level, Jason is advising property owners, valuing single assets or portfolios, and executing sales transactions on an exclusive basis. Jason is a member of The New York Multifamily Group, the leading investment sales team in New York City, with sales transactions totaling $3.2 Billion since 2018.

A California native, Jason studied out of state and graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Business from The University of Alabama. His passions outside of real estate include traveling, hiking, checking out restaurants all across the city, and spending meaningful time with friends and family. He currently resides in the East Village of Manhattan.
