Dacia bought her first property in Brooklyn in 2020, which inspired her to go full-time into real estate sales. Her goal was to help people like herself, a qualified first-time home buyer and investor, who had a challenging time and wanted to make the process easier for others. She continued buying investment properties in Brooklyn and the Poconos, PA, plus is involved in long and short-term rentals, so is well-versed in all aspects of real estate. “NYC is a very unique market with lots of intricacies. Originally from New Orleans, Louisiana, Dacia studied Business Administration and Economics at the University of New Orleans. She started her career in the accounting department at a high-end luxe hotel then branched out into luxury retail in both Los Angeles and NYC. Dacia previously lived in Harlem and now resides in the vibrant Bed-Stuy neighborhood of Brooklyn. She studied French for three years in college and has a deep interest in learning more of this beautiful romance language. Her favorite hobbies include DJ-ing, studying the real estate market trends, and spending time with her family.
