Her previous careers set her up to be the best real estate professional possible, whether walking through spaces and appreciating attention to detail, or relating to her clients and using her immense knowledge of the NYC market and trends to guide them through the process. She also has great talents when it comes to marketing, graphic design, research, sales, and customer service that are invaluable assets in her real estate practice.

Born in NYC and raised in Boston, Nicole attended Columbia University and graduated with a double major in Art History and the History & Theory of Architecture. During her studies she was fortunate to have experience at top art galleries, as well as Christie’s auction house, and renowned contemporary art museum MoMA PS1. Nicole additionally worked in fashion on the styling and editorial side. She moved on to architecture with top global architectural firms, as well as a boutique architecture and interior design firm that had a design-build company. Prior to Douglas Elliman, she joined Cushman & Wakefield in NYC on the marketing and business development side with some of the top brokers in the country involved in projects ranging from 10K to 1M+ SF.

Outside of work, she is a huge animal lover, who has volunteered and supported local animal rescues over the years, and a wellness enthusiast who enjoys staying active.
