Magdalena began her real estate career in 2007. She specializes in residential and commercial rentals and sales.

Before becoming a Realtor, she spent over a decade working as a senior paralegal at a real estate law firm, where she managed residential and commercial Real Estate transactions, complex Landlord-Tenant evictions, Wills, Trusts and Estates, and Real Estate litigation. Magdalena holds a Bachelor’s degree in Law and Paralegal Studies.

With her legal background, extensive knowledge of the real estate market, and many years of close collaboration with attorneys representing buyers and sellers, title companies, real estate agents and brokers, the NYC Department of Buildings, DHCR offices, appraisers, and mortgage brokers, Magdalena brings deep expertise in contracts, negotiations, and coordinating every detail required to ensure transactions proceed smoothly and reach a successful closing.
