Mathieu Bouchout

In 1997, I completed a real estate internship in New York. Since then, I never left this industry that captivated me, nor the city that fascinated me, and in 2004, I founded my own agency, HarmoNYCity. With my natural ability to connect with people, hard work, and my sense of interior design, I have successfully closed hundreds of sales for various types of properties, from houses in Brooklyn to classic New York artist lofts, to iconic Manhattan skyscrapers. Neither the September 11th attacks, nor the 2008 financial crisis, nor Hurricane Sandy, nor the most recent pandemic could stop me. Therefore, it is only natural that my existing team, including my son Adrian and myself, join forces with our former intern, Valentin Kretz, to exclusively represent the Kretz family in New York and embrace new challenges.
