Rick Parker

A native New Yorker, Rick Parker was born and spent the first years of his life in the Upper East Side of Manhattan. After completing a BA in Economics at Georgetown University, Rick returned to New York in order to complete a Masters in Music at NYU. Music lovers may have seen him on the NYC scene—playing at such staples as the Blue Note and Jazz Standard or in neighborhood hotspots such as Union Pool and Troost.

Beyond his deep connection to the art and music scene in NYC and Brooklyn, Rick is also an experienced homeowner and landlord. He purchased and renovated his first property in Willamsburg, Brooklyn in 2005. Since that time, he has purchased and personally renovated two other townhomes in Williamsburg and Greenpoint. Rick prides himself on being an attentive and caring landlord as well as an active member of the Greenpoint community, where he and his wife Marcella are raising their six-year-old daughter. His almost twenty years of experience renting and renovating apartments in Williamsburg and Greenpoint gives him keen insight into this bustling real estate market. He is excited to share his extensive knowledge of the neighborhood—from nightlife to family life—with his clients.
