Fabrice Correia

Born in Burgundy, and growing up in Paris, I was always spending time between the city and the countryside in my early years.

In order to complete a Master of Business Administration I had the opportunity to fly to New York in 2007 for my final internship. What was supposed to be a one year experience in a real estate agency finally became the place I call home!

The curiosity, creativity and unique energy of NYC made me willing to explore more of it. 

It became obvious I wanted to use these essential qualities while helping people with their accommodation needs.

I have always been fascinated by NYC’s architecture and its fast growing and moving pace. New York manages to constantly bring new development projects to life while keeping its melting pot identity. 

After spending 10 years in the agency that welcomed me for my internship I had the opportunity to join Mathieu and his dynamic team at Harmonycity in 2017. I made sure to put to good use my sharp knowledge of the real estate market to successfully assist all types of clients (from expatriates with their specific rental needs to local and foreign investors with their purchase in New York).

I am very thrilled indeed to join the Kretz family here in this unique city and dedicated to bring the same energy.

I am fluent in French, English Spanish and Portuguese and also have substantial Italian notions.
