Adrian Bouchout

Born here in NYC, yet having grown up in multiple other cities, I have lots of perspectives to draw from. I lived in Trinidad in my early years and then Florida for my teenage years, yet I always found myself back in the city and found myself fond of the lifestyle. After graduating from the University of Central Florida I decided I want to pursue my career in New York where my father had been living for years. The fast paced environment and spontaneousness of the city drew me in as somebody who’s extroverted and constantly looking for new adventures. Combining this with my love for accommodating others as well as my interest in different types of buildings and architecture, I knew it was a match made in heaven. I had the opportunity to join my father and the Kretz team in 2023 and it has been amazing representing them. When I’m not showing properties, you’ll often find me on the basketball court training the youth to sharpen their skills, or I’m at home playing some music on my record player.
