Jessica Quinn is a Brooklyn native, real estate advisor with Compass, and longtime hospitality professional who believes buying or selling a home should feel personal, thoughtful, and genuinely well cared for.

After more than 15 years working in New York City hospitality, Jessica brought that same spirit of service to real estate. Today, she works with buyers and sellers throughout Brooklyn, with a particular love for the borough’s brownstone neighborhoods and Bed-Stuy, which she calls home.

Her approach pairs a deep understanding of the Brooklyn market with a genuine curiosity about how people want to live. Whether helping a first-time buyer navigate their first purchase, advising on a townhouse or investment property, or positioning a home for sale, Jessica takes the time to understand what matters, make the complicated parts feel manageable, and guide her clients through every decision with care.

She lives in Bed-Stuy with her wife and their two cats, and when she’s not working, you can usually find her exploring Brooklyn, trying a new restaurant, cooking for friends, or planning her next trip.
