Andy Shi is a licensed real estate salesperson and lifelong New Yorker who is passionate about helping clients navigate one of the most competitive housing markets in the world. His local roots and deep knowledge of neighborhoods across all five boroughs allow him to connect clients with the right homes while guiding them through every step of the process.

With over $1M in leases secured, Andy has experience in co-ops, condos, multifamily properties, and rentals throughout the city. His track record reflects both a commitment to service and a results-driven approach.

In addition to his brokerage work, Andy serves as an Acquisitions Originator and Analyst at NYCM Construction & Development in Brooklyn. There, he sources off-market investment opportunities and develops underwriting skills that further enhance his expertise as an agent.

Currently pursuing a Finance degree at Baruch College, Andy combines academic training with hands-on real estate experience. Fluent in Mandarin and active in the Elmhurst community, he prides himself on being responsive, approachable, and dedicated to building lasting client relationships.
