Andy Shi

Andy Shi is a licensed real estate salesperson at Weichert Properties NYC and a native New Yorker. He works with buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants across Queens, Brooklyn, and Manhattan, guiding each client from the first conversation through closing.

His experience spans co-ops, condos, multifamily properties, and rentals, and he also handles subsidized leasing, including CityFHEPS and Section 8. He founded VoucherRent.com to connect landlords with agents who understand voucher transactions. He also co-manages rental buildings in Hudson Yards and Hamilton Heights, where he oversees marketing, showings, tenant screening, and applications.
