Over the years, I’ve built my business around a simple approach: know the market, communicate clearly, and make the process as straightforward as possible for my clients.

My experience spans rentals and sales, with a strong focus on Upper Manhattan, including Harlem, Hamilton Heights, Washington Heights, Inwood, Morningside Heights, and the Upper West Side. I’ve worked with everyone from first-time renters and buyers to experienced landlords and property owners, so I understand that every transaction requires a different strategy.

For buyers and renters, I focus on understanding what you actually need—not just sending listings—and helping you navigate everything from the initial search through applications, negotiations, and closing or move-in.

For sellers and landlords, I take a hands-on approach to pricing, positioning, marketing, and leasing. My goal is to understand the property, the competition, and the target audience so we can put together a strategy that makes sense in the current market.

What matters most to me is building relationships that last beyond a single transaction. I want my clients to feel comfortable calling me with a real estate question today, next year, or five years from now.
