Josh Felix

Josh Felix became a designer to impact the experience in a space. After a successful 10-year career as an interior designer for residential real estate developers, he transferred his keen eye and knowledge of the industry to the brokerage side of the business. Josh now enjoys providing a valuable service to others matching environments to people. In this role he applies the same unrelenting dedication to meeting his clients’ needs and finding the ideal place to call home. Specializing in all neighborhoods of NYC, Josh draws on his understanding of design + build and uses his ability to visualize a space’s potential, from aesthetics to function. This unique level of service he offers clients enables them to see the possibilities of an apartment, and showcase a property’s special features in the best light. Originally from Lafayette, Indiana, Josh attended New York School of Interior Design and has lived in New York City for almost 25 years. He has personally been a home buyer twice, and now lives in charming Carroll Gardens, Brooklyn with his fur child named Travis. Outside of real estate, he has a fun side hustle that keeps him fit and motivated as a spin coach at two gyms in Brooklyn.
