Alex Saltalamacchia

Drawing on over two decades of experience in the real estate industry, with specific expertise in Williamsburg, Alex was one of the original founders of aptsandlofts.com & later Senior Managing Director at both Citi Habitats and Corcoran. He is a hands-on, open-minded manager who generously shares his time and knowledge with his agents. A former agent himself, Alex understands the difficulties of the day-to-day processes and enjoys collaborating to find the best solutions. “I am not afraid to roll up my sleeves and get involved in any way I could, especially if it means helping an agent learn and build their business. His extensive sales background began in the insurance industry where he first honed his sales savvy and customer service skills. This background helped him excel in both real estate sales and his managerial role. He treats all his customers, clients, agents, and colleagues with a personal approach and deep appreciation for each relationship.

Born and raised in Brooklyn, NY by parents from Italy, Alex spent most of his summers in Rome during his childhood. He speaks fluent English and Italian. Alex is a graduate of St. John’s University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management. He is married with two children, a CrossFit enthusiast, and an avid New York Rangers Hockey fan.
