Mary Porter

Mary Porter brings to the New York real estate market more than 25 years of success as a REALTOR with decades of experience in "the Carolina's", personally closing more than $250 million. Currently licensed in North Carolina, Florida and New York; she excels in contract negotiations, locating the ideal property for an investor or that primary home or vacation home for buyers as well as the perfect rental property for a tenant. With a keen eye for interior design and remodeling, she enjoys updating properties to maximize appeal and value. As a top agent in all of South Carolina she was the first to advertise in the Dupont Registry decades ago and helped with the redesign and marketing of the tallest oceanfront Highrise between NJ and Florida. To better assist NY clients, she is a member of the Real Estate Board of New York (REBNY). 

On a personal note, Mary Porter is an international performer, recording artist, producer and director of charity benefit shows. She sings professionally and was honored to join the stage at Carnegie Hall in 2023. She is presently working on a unique cabaret show to debut in New York.
