Julian Dufault

Julian Dufault is a native New Yorker who grew up on the Upper West Side of Manhattan. A graduate of Stuyvesant High School, Julian built lasting friendships with people from all corners of the city, gaining a deep appreciation for New York’s culture and diversity. His experiences in countless buildings and neighborhoods have given him an intimate understanding of the city’s character. As the captain of Stuyvesant’s soccer team and as a player and later a coach at Manhattan Soccer Club, Julian explored New York City and Westchester through a unique lens, strengthening his connection to the area and its communities.

Julian attended The Ohio State University, where he majored in history with a minor in theatre. After graduating, he worked as an analyst in digital advertising, honing his analytical skills and attention to detail. A loving husband and proud father to a 5-year-old daughter, Julian brings a family-focused perspective to his work. An avid fan of the Ohio State Buckeyes, New York Knicks, Yankees, Jets, and NYCFC, Julian also enjoys playing basketball, softball, and soccer in local leagues. His deep roots in New York, combined with his professional expertise, love for his family, and passion for community, make him a trusted partner for anyone looking to find their place in the city.
