Rick Lin is a skilled communicator who builds positive relationships with diverse buyers and sellers. He also consults and informs his clients with relevant information; including property value comparison and estimate, selling strategy, and private showing/Open house planning and execution.

Rick is also a member of the National Association of Realtors and the Long Island Association of Realtors. Rick maintains up-to-date knowledge on real estate law and market trends. He has an ethical approach in all his business communication and dealings, including all aspects in his role as your real estate agent. 

Rick has a Masters degree from NY Institute of Technology in Communication Art, along with over 20 years of selling experience. He knows how to combine his communication and selling skills with his experience from within the professional media business, including advertising sales, marketing strategy, and public relations. Including his experience as a luxury retail brand ambassador, it’s time for Rick to utilize all his past experiences to drive a successful career in real estate.

Rick is thrilled to join and be an agent with KW Gold Coast and the JOA team. We reached $20 million+ in closed sales volume in 2023. We are looking to exceed this number in 2024 and help more homeowners successfully sell their home, and more buyers to find their dream home.
