Adiel Perez

A graduate of Monroe College, Adiel Perez has over a decade of experience as a real estate agent, and has worked as a Property Manager for notable real estate gurus such as Parkoff Organization, Lefrak City, Mid State Management and Samson Management. During this period, he functioned as a construction field liaison for numerous jobs throughout the New York City area. During the time Mr. Perez worked as a real estate agent, he also brokered the sale of private homes and condominiums in the Bronx, and established his own real estate company in 2005 acquiring a number of NYC properties including Condominiums in Florida. Making him an On-site as well as a remote manager on his own properties.

Throughout those years he also executed successful various commercial lease and sale transactions such as: 2003: 2500/SF Retail store front lease execution on 225th st Bronx, NY. 2012: 15,000/SF Commercial Restaurant Lease in Harlem. 2017: Sale of 94,000/SF Storage facilities on 136th street. 2019: 153rd Street & Third Avenue 10,000/sf Office Lease execution

Mr. Perez’s ability to accurately anticipate possible transaction problems, renovation and construction timelines, and provide the best possible results and solutions is complimented by successfully working closely and diligently with many of his clients, contractors, and real estate landlords. Including the detailed aspects of renovations on particular job sites, apartments, and condominiums for occupancy and immediate usage and therefore this reflects his motto: clients' interests first.

In 2008, Perez acquired his real estate broker’s license in NY and established himself as a real estate professional in management of his own properties including a few condominiums in Florida along with acquiring properties through the foreclosure bidding process and even flipping homes.
