His career spans structuring complex commercial transactions as a former banker and managing properties as a landlord and residential real estate investor and advisor.

Prior to joining CORE, Michael provided strategic and financial advice to a diverse clientele, from small businesses to Fortune 500 companies. His roles at venture-backed startups, a strategy consultancy, and commercial banks equipped him with skills in negotiation, stakeholder collaboration, and innovative problem-solving.

Michael is committed to guiding clients through purchasing, selling, and leasing condominiums, co-ops, townhouses, and commercial properties in New York City. His education includes an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and CPA, and CMA designations, highlighting his dedication to professional growth. His deep knowledge of finance allows him to offer valuable insights to help clients achieve their real estate and financial objectives.

Michael's global perspective is shaped by his experiences living in South Korea, Canada, and across the United States. Outside work, he enjoys playing guitar with his young son, exploring new local restaurants, and playing tennis in Chelsea, Manhattan, and Jersey City.
