Melanie Villalona

I am a NYC native raising a 4-year-old in Manhattan. 

My roots are in Washington Heights where there is a diverse and vibrant population of Hispanic Americans. I spent my younger days at the Performing Arts High School in Hell's Kitchen/ Midtown west, amongst the theater district; and spent my college years bar hopping all of Soho and Lower East Side.

I have worked at the cut-throat world of Wall Street and have managed properties in Brooklyn's finest waterfronts by Williamsburg and DUMBO. 

As a true NYC aficionado, I can never get passed the epic views that battery park and the west side highway have to offer. Now, I value a balanced life of family and work. You can find me enjoying time with my 4-year-old at central park on the weekends or finding an event to go explore outside of the city.
