Caroline Peters

A New Yorker for 12 years, EXP agent Caroline Peters combines deep familiarity of the Manhattan residential real estate market with a strong work ethic honed from her previous career in the hospitality industry as a maitred, server, and private events coordinator.

She relishes the challenge of solving problems and making people feel at ease, whether it's matching a buyer with the perfect apartment, or staging a home to help a seller earn the best return possible. She prides herself on being able to see the potential in every property and the best in every client she meets.

A natural people person, clients are often quick to compliment her confident, outgoing personality, never-quit mentality, and natural ability to connect with people, which she credits partly to her experience as a performer off-Broadway, as well as her theater and dance training at New York City's American Academy of Dramatic Arts. She channels the thrill of being on stage and being counted on to excel under pressure when she takes on any new job.

In her free time, she continues to channel her artistic ability, and recently co-wrote and starred in the acclaimed documentary theater piece In Their Footsteps. She also enjoys visiting her family in Atlanta and spending time with her four sisters.
