Cat Okoye

Cat was born in New York but not a native New Yorker. As crazy as that sounds, she was raised in Dallas, Texas and attended her first few years of college in Atlanta, Georgia. The saying, “If you can make it in New York, you can make it anywhere” inspired Cat to move back to New York in her adult years. Prior to becoming a real estate agent, she attended City College of New York and received her Bachelor’s degree in Advertising and Public Relations. Cat has also worked as a waitress and as an international flight attendant. Her work and school experiences has sharpened her problem solving, customer service, and time management skills that she uses to best help all of her real estate clients.

Cat works hard for her clients by staying on top of current market trends, inventory, laws, latest negotiation tactics, and much more. Her dedication to constantly studying and understanding the market is what helps her clients view and/or get great deals available in a timely and efficient manner. Her passion for real estate and for delivering high quality service to her clients are traits that sets Cat apart from other agents.

Cat received her Bachelor’s degree, in Advertising and Public Relations, at the City College of New York. She loves to eat, dance, workout, hang out with her loved ones, and watch content that range from entertaining to educational in her free time.
