Kayser Peña has a unique background with a German first name, Spanish last name, Dominican heritage, and Bronx upbringing. Growing up in the Bronx during the 90s and early 2000s, Kayser took inspiration from the championship spirit of the Yankees to Stony Brook University, where he majored in business and economics. After graduating, he worked in the financial services industry, primarily in the commercial insurance sector.

Kayser entered the real estate industry through a friend's advice, who recognized that his business background, social communication skills, and extensive knowledge of the city's history and current landscape made him well-suited for the field. Since starting in real estate in 2015, he has helped countless clients navigate the challenging search for a home in New York City, while also meeting his clients' most pressing needs.
