PAULITA RODNEY

Paulita Rodney comes from a family of brokers and realtors; with her dad, aunt and sister, all being in the industry. She received her initial realtor’s license at the early age of eighteen.  However, her education led her to a career as a public-school teacher. She later transitioned to the health care industry as an information technology educator. Her overall love for educating others has been a constant within her life.

Paulita’s passion for real estate brought her back to the industry. One of the important aspects of real estate for Paulita is the ability to represent and guide her family and friends on their property purchases and sales. She also has the desire to assist others with becoming real estate investors. She hopes to share her knowledge and experience as an owner of several multi-family units with her clients, providing them with honest assessments on real estate transactions before, during and after purchase and/or sale.

Paulita’s experience, coupled with her master’s degree in education, has provided her with the valuable skills that she uses daily in real estate negotiations, educating homebuyers and sellers, and effectively marketing the team’s listings.

As a native New Yorker and current New Jersey resident, Paulita specializes in buying, selling, investing and now home relocation. Inclusive of her overall talents, she is young, vibrant, energetic and computer savvy, which gives her the leg-up needed in this ever-changing real estate market.
