Having spent her childhood in Queens, attended high school in the Bronx, commuted from Brooklyn, and now a property owner in Manhattan, Kathy brings intimate knowledge of New York's diverse neighborhoods and real estate landscape. With a dual degree in Math and Computer Science from Macaulay Honors College at CUNY, Kathy honed her analytical mindset and fastidious execution that set her apart in the fast-paced world of New York real estate.

After a successful career at a Fortune 500 company and top pre-IPO startups, she has made the transition into real estate after an exciting experience navigating the complexities of the market, purchasing her first property at just 25. Kathy’s commitment to transparency, efficiency, and practicality ensures her clients feel empowered and informed throughout the process.

Outside of work, Kathy stays active through dancing, swimming, and basketball, and enjoys coding and exploring new technologies. She also cherishes time with her partner and their dog, Bodega, by making the most of what the city has to offer.
