Mark Spaisman

Mark Spaisman has established a stellar reputation for his exemplary customer service, strong work ethic, positive outlook and friendly approach. In his career in retail management and in real estate brokerage, he has consistently exhibited outstanding dedication, attention to detail, and a willingness to go above and beyond to meet a client’s needs.

Mark specializes in residential sales, rentals, and short-term leases. His goal is to educate his clients on all aspects of the market, identify the best opportunities for their needs, and make the process a smooth and memorable experience.

Mark attended Syracuse University as an undergrad and George Washington University for his MBA, with a summer internship in Ghana. He had the opportunity to be a leader straight out of school as an Assistant Store Manager for a major retailer for five years managing 12 direct reports, while overseeing 100 associates for a $17M, 87,000 square foot store. Mark also spent time as a consultant and operator of his own sports collectibles business. He is a lifelong sports fan who’s been actively involved in the sports collectibles industry for over 20 years.

Mark enjoys reading nonfiction and watching documentaries in his free time. As a sports lover, the highlight of his year is hosting his annual Super Bowl party, where he serves his homemade hummus from scratch as well as homemade deviled eggs, guacamole, salsa and other favorites.
