Kitt first earned his stripes in real estate out pacing dozens of brokerages by executing hundreds of rental deals in an explosive, no-holds-barred Brooklyn market. It was an experience that engraved hard work and dedication into his ideology, and it’s what he applies to every aspect of his business to this day. While he continues to be focused in-and-around the Brooklyn market, he has let no opportunity go unexplored. He’s done deals in all five boroughs and has even expanded to Eastern Long Island.

Kitt believes that cultivating authentic relationships is the fundamental pillar of professional and personal life. Kitt maintains friendships within multiple circles that date back 25 or more years. When he is not working on closing deals, Kitt is likely screaming at The Yankees' lineup to push the ball into the opposite field or barking at The NY Jets that "Prevent Defense" only prevents winning. He is an avid gamer on all platforms, and his musical tastes span from 90s Hip Hop and Grunge Rock to Classical Concerto and Deep House. Kitt’s slowly been teaching himself piano, he loves dancing and has honed writing and oratory skills.
