Known by her colleagues and contemporaries as a connector of vast groups of people, she is drawn to the city’s music performance, fashion, art, and dance culture since moving to Manhattan 25 years ago. As a student studying fashion design, she was entrenched with all things shelter and vesture. The decision to become a real estate agent came naturally after buying her first home 15 years ago. She quickly learned how she could make a difference and empower individuals, families, and businesses in achieving their real estate goals.

Schjanna brings an easy affability and an energy level that is unmatched. She regularly hosts training events to help first-time purchasers navigate a nuanced buying process – from home searching, creative financing, board requirements, closing, renovation and everything in between. She represents several commercial investors and has the vision and capacity to realize their business objectives within time-sensitive and often, unpredictable economic cycles.

As a native Montanan, Schjanna grew up in Big Sky Country where she owns land, invests and visits family when traveling back home with her two rescue dogs. She is an avid rescue dog lover and volunteers for causes close to her heart such as PAWSNY and New York Cares.
