After earning a B.S. in Business from NYU’s Stern School of Business, Josh embarked on his real estate career with The Juracich Team at Corcoran, one of the top-producing teams in New York City. With a background in marketing and public relations, Josh brings a strategic, client-focused approach to real estate, leveraging his expertise to foster strong client relationships built on attention to detail and genuine care.

Born and raised on Long Island and an NYU alum, Josh possesses an in-depth understanding of both New York City and Eastern Long Island’s diverse neighborhoods. His fascination with the rich history of New York and the stories embedded in its iconic architecture fueled his passion for real estate, ultimately leading him to Corcoran.

Now residing in the vibrant West Village, Josh balances his dynamic professional life with personal passions like pickleball, running, a constant search for NYC’s finest pastries, and spending his summers in Quogue with his family.
