Tommy Tavarez

As a former Division 1 baseball player, Tommy’s competitive nature drives him to advocate for his clients and never give up. His team playing also taught him the importance of communication and collaboration. He works closely with clients to understand their needs and goals. He provides tailored solutions and works efficiently and effectively to achieve them while providing exceptional customer service.

Tommy has an incredibly strong work ethic and an ability to overcome any obstacle, something he attributes to the values his father instilled in him: perseverance and dedication. His mother was also a strong influence. She had always dreamed of becoming a real estate agent, but couldn’t because of the language barrier coming from Dominican Republic. Tommy took both his father’s values and his mother’s dreams to forge his own career path as a New York City Real Estate Salesperson. His goal is to make a positive impact on the lives of others by helping them realize their real estate dreams.

Born and raised in Brooklyn, Tommy spent most of his life traveling around the country for baseball. His heart always belongs to the city and he is a big believer in the slogan: “New York or Nowhere.” He knows the streets inside and out and has always been drawn to the diverse neighborhoods, unique culture, and fast-paced lifestyle. He appreciates how the city forces you to stay on your toes while also fostering community among its residents. He never gets tired of exploring local eateries, attending cultural events, or enjoying a stroll through the parks. He is thrilled to introduce newcomers to his beloved city and help current New Yorkers rediscover the city in new ways.
