An Austin native, she earned her degrees in Film, Television and Digital Media, as well as Broadcast Journalism from Texas Christian University. Her career began in front of the camera as a model and actress, and Xan later honed her talents behind the scenes on notable television projects such as The Walking Dead and The Accountant. These experiences strengthened her organizational and project management skills, which she applies with precision in her real estate career.

Beyond her real estate work, Xan has been involved with The People’s Community Clinic Foundation Board in Austin, which provides crucial healthcare and educational services to the uninsured and underserved.
