Joe Misita

Joseph Misita is an Investment Sales Agent at Invictus Property Advisors. Joe focuses on the valuation and investment research of commercial real estate assets throughout New York City, primarily in Manhattan and Brooklyn.

Previously, Joe worked in office leasing with Cushman and Wakefield in New York, NY as well as marketing with Philadelphia Insurance Companies in Melville, NY.

Joe holds a B.A. in Management and Sociology with minors in Spanish for the Professions as well as Real Estate Finance from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill’s Kenan Flagler School of Business. During his time at UNC Chapel Hill, Joe was the Vice President of UNC’s Wealth Management Initiative, on the Habitat for Humanity Community Outreach Committee, and Head of Recruitment for Pi Kappa Alpha Fraternity’s UNC chapter.
