Brian Zuhusky

Brian Zuhusky was born in Morristown, New Jersey, and is deeply rooted in the New

York and the New Jersey area. He comes from a family with decades of experience in

both commercial and residential real estate. With this legacy as his foundation, he

brings a natural understanding of the region’s unique market dynamics. Now based

in Long Island City, he combines that long-standing knowledge with a modern,

client-focused approach to help buyers, sellers, renters, landlords and investors

navigate the ever-changing real estate landscape.

Outside of work, he finds inspiration in travel, running, skiing and watching great

cinema. On a typical day, you might also find he exploring the neighborhood with

his dog or discovering new perspectives through the lens of art and culture. He

believes that connecting with people and places on a personal level helps him

better serve his clients and find the perfect fit for their next move. Brian studied

English literature at the University of Vermont.
