Julieta Cardenas

Before transitioning into real estate, Julieta was a full-time journalist, specializing in the food system, where she honed her skills in research, communication, and storytelling. Her career also includes roles as an art conservator and restaurant designer, each experience shaping her eye for detail and design, which she now brings to helping clients find the perfect home.

Currently residing in Ridgewood, Queens with her boyfriend and their rescue dog, Julieta is deeply committed to helping others live their best lives in New York City. Whether it's guiding clients through the intricacies of the housing market or providing design insights, she is driven by a genuine passion for connecting people with spaces that inspire and fulfill their needs.

Julieta is a graduate of Brown University, where she studied Art History and Architecture and NYU where she did a MA in Animal Studies. As a member of the Young Professionals of the Americas Society, Julieta maintains a global outlook while staying deeply engaged in her local community.
