Jennie Ma’s journey into real estate began at the age of eight, accompanying her father on house hunts and absorbing his reflections on the meaning and value of a home. These early memories planted the seed for a lifelong passion—one rooted in a deep understanding that home is more than a transaction; it’s a profound part of one’s life journey.

With 22 years of experience in New York City real estate, including over 20 years at The Corcoran Group, Jennie is a trusted advisor specializing in new development sales, luxury condominiums, and lifestyle-driven properties. She is known for her strategic insight, intuitive listening, and a deeply human approach that fosters lasting relationships with buyers, sellers, and investors alike.

Jennie’s international background—born in Hong Kong, educated at a British high school, raised partly in the Philippines, and later relocating to New York—gives her a unique ability to guide global clients with ease. Many of her clients include parents purchasing homes for their children, as well as international investors seeking long-term value and peace of mind. Her professional path also includes 16 years in the fashion and licensing world, where she oversaw major brand development for ELLE Magazine across Asia-Pacific and later North America.

In 2018, Jennie founded MaOneWorld, a platform where real estate, art, and conscious living intersect. Through her signature Art + Real Estate with a Higher Purpose events, she curates experiences inside new development properties that benefit socially conscious organizations—blending culture and impact in meaningful ways.

Beyond her real estate work, Jennie holds certifications from MIT Professional Education and the University of Cambridge Institute for Sustainability Leadership, focused on the circular economy and sustainable real estate development. She is also a writer, poet, and meditation guide, sharing her voice through community talks and her Jennie Ma Meditation YouTube channel.
