Rebecca Balfe

As a long-time New Yorker, Rebecca knows the city like the back of her hand. She is highly well-versed in each neighborhood and what it offers. Most importantly, what Rebecca brings to the table is friendliness, trustworthiness, and a drive to help others succeed. “I love meeting different types of people and learning about their likes and dislikes. I’ve been told I’m easy to talk to and elicit a feeling of comfort almost immediately upon meeting. I like to use my personal experience living in the city to assist all kinds of people find exactly where they fit.” 

Working in interior design allows Rebecca to visualize a space from walking in to moving in. “I like to envision a space with furniture and a client’s lifestyle in it from the get-go, and I am happy to work post-sale to make an apartment a home.” She believes the relationship does not end after the rental or sale but is a lifelong commitment to her clients' needs, including post-move-in details or future purchases.

Rebecca’s interests include doing yoga, watching true crime documentaries, and traveling the world with her son, whom she raised in New York City. She speaks close to fluent Spanish and is in the process of learning French as well. In her free time, Rebecca volunteers with many animal rescues throughout the city and has adopted a few pets of her own.
