Jared Garner

Jared is a resilient and compassionate agent that has integrity at his core. He is known for his ability to put clients needs first , and to serve them wholeheartedly while always getting the job done. From Chicago, Illinois he grew up performing in the theater which strengthened his collaboration skills, as well as his ability to understand the amount of hard work necessary to create a great final product.

He furthered his education at Illinois Wesleyan University where he received his Bachelor of Fine Arts Degree in Musical Theater. His commitment to the arts transfers into his real estate career, as he commits to his clients wholeheartedly and works passionately to ensure their needs are met. While attending college, he interned as a personal assistant for an event planner. Through organizing and facilitating events, he sharpened his ability to accomplish the goals of his clients, while also nurturing interpersonal client relationships.

Once he moved to New York, he began his real estate career at “Doorway NYC” where he was a show-person and personal assistant to a lead broker. This strengthened his passion for real estate, and provided him with the tools necessary to serve anyone looking for a new home . A year later, he expanded his toolbox by transferring to “Piere Michel” where he gained experience in the Manhattan rental market. Jared has recently embarked on a new journey at “Poljan Properties”, where he will focus on sales, and he is looking forward to assisting clients in finding their dream homes. When Jared is not doing real estate, you can find him in the studio recording his next album, modeling in a photoshoot, or shopping for his next iconic outfit.
